I have worked in health and or fitness related capacities for over 30 years. My main profession is that of a Medical Technologist, but I also have training as a Corpsman with the US Navy, a Field Medic with the Army National Guard,and am certified as A Personal Trainer, Medical Exer-therapist and Aerobics Instructor through the National Academy for Health and Fitness. My wife and I have operated BMG Services Fitness and Nutrition in Moultrie Georgia since 1995. BMG Services had been a home based business doing most training in the local parks and in peoples homes. I am an avid bicycle rider and a member of the Pecan City Pedalers Bicycle Club in Albany Georgia. I do at least one ride for Charity each year. Ruth, my wife, and I have recently put togther a new website at http://www.healthandfitnessebookclub.com . At that site we provide information such as ebooks, audios, videos, interviews and articles from various professionals. These information products are all in the realm of fitness, health, wellness, and self improvement. Time management is also included. I have done Charity Biccycle Rides for The South Georgia Food Bank, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the Toys for Tots. The Bikes or Bust program was my main charity ride for several years but they did not do the promotion in 2005. It was just as well because I would have ridden the bike to get bikes for the kids in spite of an injury that still is not completely healed. I do plan to ride in September in the annual Nut Roll that will be held at the Parks at Chehaw in Albany Georgia, is sponsored by the Pecan City Pedalers and all the money rasied go to the education department at the Park.
