Kathy Buck		Im not looking for a blood sugar control solution, Ive managed that with diet and excercise. Ive just recently noticed some side effects like numb feet possibly due to nerve damage and or circulatation. Thes side effects might be from recent high levels (which are now down) but more likely the result of years not being diagnosed as this kind of damage doesnt seem likey to reveal itself due to short term unstabilization.
