Jul 17, 2004 3:16 pm John Venezia - 5 Important Factors To Analyze in Choosing a Company and Product
Loranda MacDonald
John,
Before you join any business, do not get sold on hype (and I am not saying that Xango is hype). There are 5 important factors to analyze that are the foundation for success for the majority of distributors, and all 5 should be in place.
They are:
1. Understanding the mindset of the company owners - why are they in business, what motivates them, are the owners going in the same direction as the distributors?

2. Product philosophy - are the products created solely to generate profit for the company or are they created to be effective and have product longevity?

3. Well balanced pay plan.

4. Company support - is the company willing to utilize profits in the right areas in research and development?

5. Upline support.

John, I have been involved in the industry for several years. I have been hyped, scammed, and shammed like most be introduced to the industry. Good advice from someone else who posted here is being passionate about your product. If you don't have the passion and belief, it will not work for long.

One of the things I am enjoying tremendously now is the fact that the company I have chosen as my home is not built on hyped marketing strategy but on 50 years of scientific research and recent studies. Even though we are growing by leaps and bounds and have had some wonderful recognition, we are still what I would consider a sleeping giant in the industry.

John, passion and belief can make or break you. I watched this company for 2 or 3 years prior to joining, and the more I learned, the more passionate I became. I have never had this type of passion before. It's a whole different mindset.

Anyway, John, as I stated above, there are things you should be looking for to determine if the company you are looking at is the right fit for you. Another individual's income or the sales volume of the company is not going to make or break your personal business - it's about it being the right fit for you, your passion, and working with a team to help you in building that successful business.

I wish you well in your search.

To your health and prosperity,

Loranda

I am not yet involved with Xango though have selected an upline if I do. What does anyone know about the Xango product? I have heard nothing bad about it or the company, and it must be a truly phenomenal product with near miraculous healing characteristics, with words that I can't adequately explain or even correctly pronounce. I do know that the claims are that it has unparalleled anti-oxidant characteristics and can significantly aid the immune system.

If you are involved with Xango, I am settled on who I will be working with so don't try to recruit me please. If you are with Xango I just want to know what your experiences have been, good or bad... Thanks,
