Gordon Smith		Hi Chris Thanks for the offer. Whole food is one of the BEST supplements there is. Vitamins and minerals have been found to be harmful in SOME cases when not taken in a balanced diet. Hear a certain Doctor in the USA . He gives a very interesting 15 mins insight on this subject. Available by phone or CD. Plus in the UK and the EU next March 2005 a lot of vitamins over a certain strength will not be allowed to sold over the counter anymore. Whole food will not be affected until they find a reason to ban it !! EU legislation obviously influenced by certain BIG companies. Sacandalous indeed. Have a great day.
