The thing is Chris is that with Juice Plus you are getting fruits and veggies. We don't have to wonder if they are good for you!! They are!!

With Multis you are getting isolated fragmented nutrients that man deems important. they are taken our of their natural source (some are manmade). They are not going to works as well if at all that whole food nutrition products.

what Gordon is saying is that with whole food nutrition it is all there in balance the way it needs to work to its fullest. It is not megadosed.
