Hi,
Good day to you !
I hope you have got some offers for second hand Reva. Some time back I had seen a Reva for sale at Olety Cars in JP Nagar - you may check up with them.
At a point I too was looking for one, but was not successful.
Some inputs - which you may have already considered.
1. Motor: Check whether the motor is AC or DC - the new cars come with the AC Motors which are more rugged, and more Bangalore road worthy (read impact of rains).
2. Battery: The battery has a life dependent on the years of use/number of charging cycles. So, do a good evaluation of the batteries, as they may have to be changed - and it costs a small fortune.
Another pointer - the Ajanta Group (yes, the digital clock makers) are coming out with a battery car, and will be in the market a couple (3-4) of months and is expected to be priced aggressively to compete with Nano - so would not be better to evaluate that before you buy a Reva.
