Some more precise information would be required for such a search :) Considering the millions of chinese people living in Beijing... Hmm... there must be a couple of hundred thousand people only in Beijing with the family name Chen. Then of course we can reduce the males which would take it down to a few ten thousand or something... and without picture, company, age or any other info this seems like a real tough one! Haha :)

There is no "Xio" in chinese. Better be a "Xiao", or "Xia", perhaps "Xie", but that would be a pretty odd name. A "Xiu" even less probable, but not impossible.

Then of course it's the four tones... holy moses~

I think I will try to fit a camel through a needle instead. Seems like an easier task compared to this :)
