| In Fujian Province there are only a few official "Universities". Putian is not included among them. It's a smaller one, "College" if prefered. Putian is a rather small city in this province, not included in the major five, perhaps not even major ten in this province. Fujian is where I live together with Nellie so if you have never been here and want more information you can contact Nellie directly. I have never been to Putian. Sorry I can't provide more info about the college you're heading for. However, I think it's called "Xinghua xueyuan" in Chinese.
