Hans Kumlin		The bird virus is taking new forms and so does the fastfood chains around here in China. KFC with C for "Chicken" is now switching to Fish in some places after continuously poor business. Sure it sounds amusing, but the reality for poultry farmers might be less of a joke. First Mad cows, next bird flu, last mentioned was the pigs also infected... and humans of course. Toads goats and fish still to come. Seems like all good reasons to become vegetarians. In the spirit of revealing more about China and for those who never saw a summary of it, I put up a page about SARS this weekend.
