Hans Kumlin		Nope, It's not a university. Just a small college. Putian is not a big city to begin with, not even among the five biggest cities in Fujian province, and Fujian is not big. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to go and work in Putian. It's not a place with good reputation for anything to my knowledge, Correct me if I'm wrong. However, I myself have even worked in Changtai, which is far out in the countryside in the middle of bananaland...
