Job Description for Manager in
China
The person we
looking for should likely be based in
Shanghai or Beijing as these
are the major cities in China that have strong potential. The
person can be Chinese or foreign national and will report to the
Singapore office. Knows the Chinese industry and market
conditions very well.
Job
requirement
- To
overlook , develop and nurture the existing distributors of our range
of coffee machines
- To
assist in the training and enhance the level of the distributors sales
and technical team

Preferably have some knowledge of coffee and the coffee industry in
China or perhaps in the
F&B industry

Preferably have some sales management experience at manufacturing level
-
Preferably have a pleasant disposition and yet presents confidence and
has a zest to learn
Skills
required
- Be
fluent in both English and Chinese language. (preferably written and
spoken)
- Be
comfortable in doing presentation and able to conduct training to the
distributors as well as to customers.

Have a good business sense and an eye for opportunity
- Be
able to motivate distributors and their staff to perform

Should be pleasant in nature and have zeal and passion to develop
business

Would be a bonus if the candidate has technical or engineering skills
(Not a major requirement as he can hire a person with these skills in
future to assist him or her)
Salary
The salary
for this person would be based on his experience and this would include
a fixed salary and incentive bonus. (between S$40,000 to S$60,000)
