"deserving" - you are the judge of who you consider deserving when read in conjunction with "imagine"

"less than two parts in hundred" - do takka - two bit - two cents - two percent - all idiom in any language is based on hidden logic inexplicable and unexplained, sometimes hypothetical but uncannily valid and true!

"world billionaires have net decrease in wealth this year" - the formula is not only for the billionaires - further there will always be ups and downs and when the two parts in hundred are calculated year after year through all the cycles the Great Leveler shall ensure that there will always be a net flow in the desired direction - never fails!
