Nano is just a beginning!We have all seen a E class Benz driven by diriver with only a single person sitting at the back.
Imagine the amount of fuel burnt ,just because he can afford it.I am not here to preach anything,but common sense tells me to go by autorickshaw - glorified auto rickshaw -Nano!You can run 10 nano at the cost of running one Merc!
It takes lot of guts and single minded devotion to go into a project like this and come out successfully!
TATA philosphy is any day appreciated for their sincerity and they are by far a coporate who practice what they preach.
Agreed the indica came with lot of technical glitches in the beginning ,but now it is a more established car,so is SUV sumo-grande,etc,in their segment.But Indica (coined from India car )is now more refined and the first totally designed indian made car.
When many of the car making giants have recalled many products and proved themselves to be more human in committing errors ,why not a tata do the same to give a better - cost effective product.
Nano is stripped of many of the so called 'jigginna' extras is more functional!!
