Hello Pro's,
I predicted the demise of Cash Evolution and the Concorde system. In circa 1963, I predicted that "Wipe Out" by the Safaris would be a hit. It raced up the charts and became number one within the next week. Before that, I predicted that the Beatles would become a major force in the music business and they did. Again, after the first hearing of "I Can't Get Satisfaction" by the Rolling Stones, I declared that they,tto, would become a major rock group and they did. My predictions come to pass and here's another one. I don't use tea leaves or tarot cards.
AOL, MSN and the like are killing your business. These companies provide what is called a free service and if you are using these services, then don't complain about UCE because these are the worst offenders. Using these servives come with their own form of cost.
Notice the flood of pop-ups in recent weeks? Sp*m is one of their tools.
AOL is the worst offender. If you have an AOL addy, you best get rid of it because it is hurting your business.
You wonder how. OK, if you want to do business or talk to me, I will not give permission, if you are using an AOL. Just guess at the hundreds of other professionals who feel the same way.
Here's a good tip. Don't use cute handles for your emails because it makes you look like an amatuer.
