I have used many of these. T/Es (Traffic Exchanges) work well when you use their program for your home page and click on a few sties when you go onto the internet. Not much work, but you get hits in return. YES, THEY DO WORK!

There is a fee to send your ad to targeted lists. I have had some results from these hits, but I'm not sure if they have been profitable ROI or not.
The trouble with these kinds of programs is: many come from paid-to-read-email programs. People are reading your ad (maybe) for a fee.
Things to check for: Price per click they pay, targetted audience (if nothing else, be certain you get US ONLY), and SECONDS A SITE IS LISTED. only consider 30 seconds, min.
Some sites have other requirements.
There are sites out there that claim they send you visitors, but somehow they don't. I forget how they work, so be very careful who you go with. If you sign up for the FREE programs, you probably won't loose much! The ones I suggested above have proven themselves to me by providing affiliates. I can tell where they're from by using keycodes that my own program lets me do.
