My books finally arrived. The UPS truck pulled up and came to the door a few minutes ago. As the guy wiped the sweat from his brow he said, "I've got ten boxes for you. Where do you want them, ma'am?"
Half the boxes are stacked on my porch and half the boxes are in the living room. I might get writer's cramp from signing books today - but I'm so excited I don't even care. I have a helper coming in this afternoon to help me put them in the envelopes (with extra goodies) and get them out and into the mail tomorrow morning.
Oh lordy, I'm really a published author - something I've wanted to be since I was eight years old.
