Hi Michael,

Since you are promoting SiteSell, I assume you use them for your hosting company. I have had several clients try to use SiteSell and were very unhappy with them. They found them to be "too intense," "hard to understand and use," and "strict with formatting and design."

As a web designer/developer and SEO specialist, I personally found them VERY annoying...lol.

Do you have any tips for beginners trying to use this service?

Thanks,

Susan McCool

Yep...talk to Ken. Ken Evoy that is (SiteSell owner). He's very approachable. You can reach him via email link in the frequent "user newsletters" .... or the SiteSell Forum (he's in there a lot chatting). The forum is set up for all users which is very helpful. You'll find pure gold in what is shared there.

I've honestly never heard any of the frustrations you mentioned. Quite the opposite. I've found Ken and his SiteSell support folks very helpful and supportive....and the forum participants (all users) a great resource.
