1) Netnanny - more for home users. Its a known name in households.
2) Contentprotect - more for enterprise. Its currently doing pretty well, as compared to websense, they have break it into modules. you have to pay for each module. Contentwatch comes in a package. You pay 1 amount, for everything. And its way cheaper compared to websense.
